Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Try CV Craft, available at trycvcraft.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by FOP Illia Yushchenko, an individual entrepreneur (FOP) registered in Ukraine. You can contact us at support@trycvcraft.com.

2. The Service

Try CV Craft is a web application that lets you create, edit, store and export resumes (CVs) as PDF files. Creating and editing resumes is free. Exporting a resume to PDF consumes one credit.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Credits and payments

• One credit allows one PDF export. Credits do not expire.
• New accounts receive one free credit. Additional credits are sold in one-time packs. Credit packs are not a subscription and do not renew automatically.
• Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem (creem.io). Creem handles the transaction, invoicing and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Creem's buyer terms.
• Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to bypass the credit system or access controls; reverse engineering or disrupting the Service; uploading unlawful content; or using the Service to infringe the rights of others. You are solely responsible for the content you add to your resumes.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, templates and design, is owned by Try CV Craft and protected by law. You retain ownership of the content you create. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Try CV Craft is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
