Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of PDF credits on Try CV Craft (trycvcraft.com), operated by FOP Illia Yushchenko, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine. Payments and refunds are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem (creem.io).

1. Digital product

Credits are a digital product delivered instantly to your account after purchase. Each credit lets you export one resume to PDF. New accounts receive one free credit so you can try the export feature before buying.

2. Refund eligibility

• You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the purchased credits are unused.
• Refunds are generally not available for credits that have already been used to generate PDF exports, since the product has been delivered.
• If you experienced a technical problem that prevented you from using a purchased credit, contact us and we will make it right (refund or replacement).

3. How to request a refund

Email us at support@trycvcraft.com with the email address used for the purchase and your order details. Because Creem is the Merchant of Record, you may also request a refund directly through the Creem receipt you received by email.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on Creem and your bank, and typically take a few business days.
